The residence spans approximately 164 sq.m. and is rented exclusively to guests, ensuring complete privacy throughout the stay. Designed as a traditional maisonette, the house comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it an excellent choice for families or groups seeking a spacious and relaxing holiday home.

The main entrance leads to the second floor of the building, where guests will find a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, a guest WC, and one bedroom with a double bed. Balconies and terraces surround this level, providing pleasant outdoor spaces to relax while enjoying the surrounding scenery.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the upper level (third floor), which is accessed via an internal staircase. This floor comprises four separate bedrooms: one with a king-size double bed, one with a semi-double bed suitable for two guests, one with a single bed, and one with an additional single bed. The main bathroom of the house is also located on this floor.

From the upper-level balconies and terraces, guests can enjoy panoramic views across the bay and harbour, spectacular sunsets over the Ionian Sea, and the peaceful natural landscape surrounding the village.

The house is equipped with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and all essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, whether for a few days or an extended holiday. Private parking is available within the property for up to four vehicles.

Please note that access to the house requires climbing a number of steps, as the residence is slightly elevated, which is typical of many traditional homes in the area.

Farsa is a peaceful and authentic village located approximately 15 minutes by car from Argostoli.
